Terms

Clear scope beats fine-print surprises.

The website describes the current business direction. A specific paid engagement begins only after the actual scope, fees and responsibilities are confirmed.

Website information

Trusted Business Desk provides general information about business problem diagnosis and possible next steps involving customer growth, operational efficiency, focused AI-assisted workflows, and provider or specialist research. Website material is not a promise that every service, channel, tool, provider or result is available for every business.

The scope, deliverables, exclusions, fees, payment terms, success criteria and client responsibilities for paid work should be confirmed separately before the engagement begins. No website wording creates a fixed-price service menu unless a written proposal expressly says so.

No guaranteed business outcome

Trusted Business Desk does not guarantee search rankings, a fixed number of leads, appointments, revenue, cost savings, automation accuracy, vendor performance or another commercial outcome.

Third-party platforms and providers

Advertising platforms, AI tools, software vendors, telecommunications providers and independent specialists are third parties. Their availability, pricing, terms and performance can change independently of Trusted Business Desk.

A provider shortlist or introduction is not a warranty or guarantee. Clients remain responsible for final vendor selection, contracting, payments and due diligence appropriate to the transaction.

Where a material sponsorship, marketing fee or other paid relationship is relevant to a buyer-facing recommendation, Trusted Business Desk intends to disclose that relationship.

Professional boundaries

Trusted Business Desk is a business-services operation. General business support is not a substitute for legal, medical, tax, investment, cybersecurity certification or other regulated professional advice when a matter requires such expertise.

AI-assisted work

AI systems can produce errors. Human review remains appropriate for material decisions and outputs, especially where accuracy, money, legal rights, health, safety, regulated data or customer commitments are involved.

Start with the problem

What business problem are you trying to solve?

Describe the problem, desired outcome, timing and the constraint that matters most. The first job is to determine fit—not to force a package.
